Deliveries and Returns

1. Your order has been accepted!

Generally, delivery times are approximately 10 working days for orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday.

If a product, such as a doormat, is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email within 2 business days.

Shipping costs and shipping options may vary depending on the amount of your order and the destination country.

Regardless of the delivery method chosen, you will receive a notification when your order leaves our premises, as well as a tracking number to follow the progress of your package directly on the carrier's website.

2. Which countries can I be delivered to?

We deliver your order to the following countries: Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

If you would like to ship to another country, please feel free to contact us to see if this is possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. (Please note any extra local taxes will have to be payed by you).

3. I still haven't received my order

You still haven't received your order? Check its status in your customer area of the website.

You still don't have your answer? In this case, contact us. To allow us to respond to your request as best as possible, please have your order number, or name and email address used when ordering, as well as the products ordered and their amount.

4. My order is incomplete, what should I do?

You have received your package, but your order is incomplete? You have 8 days after receipt to file a complaint. Within this period, do not hesitate to contact us.

To facilitate your request, please provide all the information that will help us identify the order.

We will do everything possible to ship the missing product(s) to you, at our expense and as quickly as possible.




5. I received my package, but one product does not suit me.

If a product does not suit you, all orders are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. For doormats, return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the doormat is received damaged.

Only doormats purchased from our online store can be refunded or exchanged under warranty.

Whether it is a mistake on your part, or an item that does not meet your expectations, we allow you to return all or part of your order for 30 days. You have three choices:

- request a credit on the ecordage.fr website equivalent to the total amount of your items
- request an exchange with return at your expense and reshipment at our expense (only for size changes)
- request a refund of all or part of the order, excluding shipping costs.

The size of my doormat doesn't fit my use. Can I exchange it?

Within 30 days do not hesitate to contact us to check the availability of the new size. Once the exchange has been validated by our service, you will simply have to return the product to us at your expense. Upon receipt, we will process your request by shipping you the desired size at your expense. Please note that the shipment of your product will be to the country of the first delivery.

First of all: contact us to obtain the details and documents for returning your order, which will be provided to you by email.

Drop off your package at La Poste to send it to the following address:

From the receipt of the package, the maximum time for processing your return will be two weeks.

Under what conditions can products be returned?

Doormats must be returned in their original packaging.

For returns at your expense, only La Poste is able to handle disputes over the delivery of the package. Ecordage draws your attention to the possibility of taking out return insurance, in order to be compensated up to the value of the contents in the event of loss, theft or damage to the package. No refund, credit or exchange will be made by Ecordage in the event of a package not received, damaged or incomplete.

6. A product from my order arrived damaged:

The doormats remain the property of ECORDAGE until full payment of the price. Satisfied or refunded, you have 30 working days from receipt to return the product that does not suit you. Any shipping and return costs will then be your responsibility. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded. In the event of the customer's wish for an exchange or refund, inform us by e-mail to this effect and return the item at your expense in, intact with documentation to the following address:

If the item is returned incomplete or damaged, a non-refund or a discount may be applied according to the diagnosis made by Ecordage, which will justify itself to the customer by providing them with a document containing this diagnosis; Our refund will be made within fourteen days after receipt of the products by us. The refund will be made through the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of ordering.

You have received your order but, despite all the care taken with our packaging, some or all of the doormats are damaged. We apologize. We will do everything possible to replace and ship you a new product free of charge. Please note that your product will be shipped to the country of first delivery and that no refund of return costs incurred before customer service responds will be provided.
